Got a good night's sleep at last. Took the Metro to the Louvre museum. Spent all day there.

We hadn't gotten our museum tickets ahead of time as we'd planned, so we had to stand in line for 45 minutes to get into the Louvre. Fortunately it was morning and not terrible hot yet.
